Abstract. The Information Note is dedicated to the analysis of the problems of implementation of the state social policy of Ukraine in terms of social services provision. Attention is focused on further measures to reform the social protection system, taking into account the peculiarities of the legal regime of martial law. Measures of digitalization of the social sphere and problems of organization and development of social services are highlighted.

Abstract. The Information Note is dedicated to the analysis of the regulation of relations on the approximation of the National Qualifications Framework of Ukraine to the European Qualifications Framework. Attention is focused on the structure and descriptors of the European Qualifications Framework. Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of the problems of the current labor legislation of Ukraine regarding the forms and procedure for consideration of collective labor disputes (conflicts). Attention is focused on the legal nature of collective labor disputes, the status of the National Mediation and Conciliation Service. Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of the provisions of the Ukrainian legislation on social protection of persons with disabilities in terms of ensuring the right to work. Attention is focused on certain regulatory provisions on the procedure for calculating the number of jobs for employment of persons with disabilities by the employer in accordance with the standard. Proposals for improving the legislative regulation of bringing business entities to liability for violation of the requirements of the law regarding the implementation of the standard of jobs are considered.

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of a study of the principles of activity of the state authorities of Israel, Armenia, India and Pakistan in terms of their interaction with the diaspora. Attention is focused on the principles of the policy of encouraging the voluntary repatriation of migrants and/or members of the diaspora to their countries of origin. The structure of the authorities that ensure the interaction of the state with the diaspora and their powers are indicated. Examples of successful practices of such activities are given.
