Abstract. The briefing paper presents the results of the analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Physical Culture and Sports” (regarding the improvement of the activities of sports federations and clarification of certain provisions)’ (reg. No. 9499 of 17.07.2023), provides examples of legislative regulation of this area in certain countries (France, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Austria, Estonia).

Abstract. The Informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of the proposals envisaged by the draft law ‘On Amendments to the Labour Code of Ukraine and Other Legislative Acts on Regulation of the Issue of Granting Additional Leave to One of the Child's Parents in Case of Recognition of the Other One as Missing under Special Circumstances’ (Reg. Abstract. The Informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of the legal aspects of applying points to calculate the amount of pensions granted within the PAYG pension system. Particular attention is paid to the government draft law ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Compulsory State Pension Insurance” and some other laws of Ukraine on improving the mechanism of pension calculation and accounting of pension rights’. A comparative study of the benefits and risks of introducing a point-based pension system was carried out on the example of reforming the pay-as-you-go (PAYG) pension system in France and Germany.

The Informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of the proposals envisaged by the draft law ‘On Amendments to Article 43 of the Law of Ukraine “On Pension Provision for Persons Discharged from Military Service and Certain Other Persons” regarding the provision of pensions to servicemen discharged from military service without a maximum amount limit’ (Reg. No. 12262 of 28.11.2024). The article focuses on the basic principles of the solidarity pension system in terms of the mechanism for limiting the pension amount.

The Information Note presents the results of the analysis of legislative proposals to update the legislative regulation of relations in the field of social protection of internally displaced persons. The analysis is based, in particular, on the provisions of the UN Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement and the data of the survey of the population of Ukraine conducted by the International Organisation for Migration.
