Abstract. This informational reference examines the issue of strengthening administrative liability for violations of the rules for stopping, standing and parking in spaces reserved for persons with disabilities in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine (reg. No. 13576 dated 31 July 2025).

The Draft Law is analysed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making, the provisions of current legislation on administrative liability, and the laws of Ukraine governing social relations in the field of road traffic.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for bringing administrative liability for violations of the requirements established by law regarding the practice of folk medicine (healing), the procedure for carrying out activities aimed at artificially changing the state of the atmosphere and atmospheric phenomena for economic purposes, as well as changes in the grounds for bringing to justice for certain violations of the legislation on the protection of cultural heritage. The relevant analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the Draft Law of Ukraine (Reg. No. 13553 dated 28 July 2025).

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes proposals to improve the procedure for pronouncing court decisions, in particular rulings on the application of preventive measures in the form of detention or house arrest, in the context of the provisions of the Draft Law (Reg. No. 13475 dated 14 July 2025). The Draft Law is examined for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making, and the norms of the current criminal procedural legislation.

The study identified risks that would hinder the effective implementation of the Draft Law in law enforcement and the achievement of its stated goal of ensuring legality and improving the mechanism for bringing persons to justice.
