Abstract. The results of an analysis of trends in the legal regulation of artificial intelligence technologies in Ukraine and India are presented. Attention is focused on the development of legal regulation of artificial intelligence in Ukraine, which is detailed in the ‘White Paper on AI Regulation in Ukraine: The Vision of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, as well as key strategic and regulatory acts of India in this area.

Abstract. The informational reference highlights the results of the analysis of legislative initiatives to improve certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Lobbying’, provided for by the draft laws ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ’On Lobbying‘ to clarify certain provisions’ (No. 13339 dated 03.06.2025) and the draft law ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ’On Lobbying‘ to clarify certain provisions’ (No. 13339-1 dated 10.06.2025), which is recognized as an alternative to it.

Abstract. The note presents the results of an analysis of the regulation of the conclusion of international treaties involving significant funding in international law, European Union law and the legislation of EU member states. Separately, it addresses the issue of the mandatory ratification of such treaties in cases where they have a significant financial impact on the state budget.

Abstract. The informational reference provides an analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine and Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving the Procedure for Recognition of the Fact of Death (Perishing) of a Serviceman’ (No. 13263 dated 06.05. 2025), which proposes amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine in order to improve the mechanism for establishing the fact of death (death) of a serviceman who went missing in connection with military operations, armed conflict, if there is evidence confirming the fact of death (death) at the legislative level.

Abstract. The Analytical note presents the results of a study of the legal regulation of the quantitative composition of parliaments in the EU member States. The correlation between the quantitative composition of the parliament and the population of the state is established. The experience of European countries in reducing the number of parliaments (on the example of Italy, France, Hungary and Germany) is presented.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the issue of strengthening the liability of officials, employees and servicemen of the territorial recruitment and social support center for abuse of power or official authority and the introduction of liability for violation of the procedure for conducting a medical examination (military medical examination) to determine fitness for military service, in the context of the Draft Law (No. 13393, dated 20.06.2025).
The Draft Law was analysed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activities, the provisions of current legislation on criminal liability, and the risks of the Draft Law were identified.

Abstract. This information note presents the results of an analysis of state policy on the protection of children's rights in the context of military operations in Ukraine. It reviews the regulatory and legal acts that form the basis for state policy in this area and the mechanisms for protecting children's rights. Some problems are highlighted and proposals are formulated that will contribute to improving state policy on the protection of children's rights in Ukraine.

Abstract. The parliamentary study contains the outcomes of legal monitoring of the Law of Ukraine “On Social and Legal Protection of Persons in Respect of Whom the Fact of Personal Liberty Deprivation as a Result of Armed Aggression against Ukraine has Been Established, and of Their Family Members”. A legal assessment of the compliance and timeliness of the subordinate normative legal acts adoption to implement its provisions has been carried out. Conclusions have been drawn regarding the effectiveness of the regulatory impact of the relevant legislative norms on relations in establishing the fact of a person’s personal liberty deprivation as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine, as well as the exercise of the rights of the specified category of persons on the basis of quantitative and qualitative indicators obtained from available sources.

Abstract. The information note analyzes the legal grounds for improving administrative liability for violations of legislation on water resources protection and water use. The analysis was conducted in the context of proposals contained in the draft Law of Ukraine (reg. No. 13364 of 12.06.2025).
The draft law is being reviewed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the basic principles of lawmaking, the norms of current legislation on administrative responsibility, and the laws of Ukraine in the field of environmental safety and nature conservation.
The analysis revealed risks that may subsequently hinder the proper implementation of the provisions of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of its stated goal of providing legislative support for the rational use and conservation of water resources and preventing violations of environmental legislation by citizens and officials of business entities.
