Abstract. The article presents the analysis results of the peculiarities of the state innovation policy and legislation of a number of European countries regarding the creation and functioning of science (science and technology) parks. In particular, a review of the regulatory principles and approaches used in the implementation of the state innovation policy was carried. Attention is emphasized on the effectiveness of both proven and innovative methods, mechanisms, and instruments of legislative regulation of the activities of science (science and technology) parks in such countries as: Estonia, Germany, Poland, France, Sweden.

Abstract. The information note examines the issue of payment of a one-time cash benefit in the event of fatality (death) or incapacitation of a police officer during the period of martial law in the context of draft law No. 10374. The attention is drawn to the legislative provisions-conditions under which such assistance is paid, as well as to the relevant Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

Abstract. The analytical note contains the results of a comparative study of the legislation of a number of European states (Germany, Poland, Italy, Czechia, Sweden, France, Great Britain) and the EU regarding the regulation of the requirements of inclusivity and accessibility in higher education institutions. The legislation provisions on types of guarantees of the right to education for persons with disabilities have been analyzed. Organizational and legal principles of promoting the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the educational space, legal regulation of requirements for institutions of higher education regarding: barrier-free access of persons to the premises and territories of educational institutions, their information platforms were studied; organization of the educational process, content of educational programs and requirements for learning outcomes; provision of special educational material. The features of the requirements for special training of teachers and other persons who provide services related to higher education to persons with disabilities have been determined.

Abstract. The analytical note presents the research results of the legislation of the European Union Member States: Poland, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Italy, Spain on the use of electronic textbooks in the educational process. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of legislative regulation of the introduction and use of electronic textbooks in the educational process. The author analyzes the basic laws on the requirements for textbooks in electronic (digital) form. The content of the laws provisions regulating the free use of electronic textbooks is studied. Attention is focused on certain provisions of bylaws and regulations which detail the conceptual provisions of laws on the electronic form of textbooks and the requirements which such textbooks must meet.

Abstract. The Guide is created with the aim of prompt and convenient informing about the measures of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which are determined by the laws. In particular, such measures include considering of reports, statements, information and other materials by the Parliament at its plenary sessions, which submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by public authorities and making appropriate decisions of them. Abstract. The status of furniture production in Ukraine and a number of other countries was analysed. The legal regulation of this industry in Ukraine in comparison with such countries as Vietnam, Italy, China, Germany and Poland was analysed. Based on the results of the analysis, the author identifies the factors (including government policy) that may affect the growth of Ukrainian furniture exports.

Abstract. The study is devoted to the analysis of legislative philanthropic activities in European countries and the USA. Attention was paid to the means of ensuring transparency and openness of the processes of using charitable funds, the development of partnership and cooperation between various entities in the field of philanthropy, as well as the creation of mechanisms for its monitoring. The legislation of the USA and certain European states (Spain, Italy, Poland, France) was analyzed.
