Abstract. The information reference presents the results of an analysis of the experience of Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia and the European Parliament in recognising citizens, academics, journalists, civil servants and young people for their contribution to the development of parliamentarism, democracy, the protection of human rights and the strengthening of civil society.

Abstract. This analytical note contains a comparative analysis of approaches to determining liability for violations of forestry legislation and dispute resolution mechanisms in Ukraine and European Union member states (in particular, Germany, France, Austria and Finland). Abstract. The information note analyzes the legal grounds for abolishing administrative liability for violations of the requirements established by law regarding the practice of traditional medicine (healing), the procedure for carrying out activities aimed at artificially changing the state of the atmosphere and atmospheric phenomena for economic purposes, as well as changes in the conditions for bringing to justice for certain violations of the requirements of the legislation on the protection of cultural heritage. The relevant analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (reg. No. 13326 of 30.05.2025).

Abstract. The informational reference presents an overview of the category of «integrity» in Ukrainian legislation in the context of the activities of judges and prosecutors, and also reveals its content in accordance with international standards. The legislative requirements for integrity for judges and prosecutors are analyzed, including verification mechanisms – submission of declarations and special inspections. The informational reference also contains information on Ukraine’s implementation of GRECO recommendations on improving legislation in terms of defining disciplinary offenses related to the behavior of judges and prosecutors, as well as their compliance with ethical norms.

Abstract. The Informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of the proposals envisaged by the draft law «On Amendments to Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine «Fundamentals of the Legislation of Ukraine on Compulsory State Social Insurance» regarding the right of women, engaged in independent professional activities or registered as individual entrepreneurs, to receive maternity benefits» (reg. № 13329 dated 30.05.2025). Attention is focused on the legal nature of maternity benefits.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the legal regulation and peculiarities of the functioning of three models of the military ombudsman institution in countries such as Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, and Sweden. It also summarizes data on the activities of military ombudsmen in 18 European countries.
It analyzes the legislative and regulatory acts of national legislation in this area.
It identifies the peculiarities of legislative protection of human rights and freedoms in the armed forces of European countries and outlines the prospects for the development of the military ombudsman institution in Ukraine.

Abstract. This briefing paper presents the results of the analysis of the proposals envisaged by the draft law “On Amendments to Section XV ‘Final Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Compulsory State Pension Insurance’ regarding survivor's pensions” (Reg. No. 13275-1 of 28.05.2025). The author focuses on the doctrinal approach to understanding the nature of the survivor's pension in the PAYG pension system.
