Abstract. The overview dossier, based on the results of the expert materials study of the European Social Policy Analysis Network and regulatory acts of France and Germany on the provision of social services, identifies the peculiarities and problems of implementing legislation on providing social services for assisted living.

Abstract. The overview dossier presents the analysis results of the implementation of the projects of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, in particular ‘Electronic Case Management’ and ‘Integrated Social Service for Resilience Formation’ projects.

Abstract. The informational reference presents the results of the analysis of the text of the Resolution on the Recognition and Condemnation of the Soviet Military Administration Repressions against the Hungarians and Germans of Transcarpathia in 1944-1946 (reg. no. 13096 of 12.03.2025), as well as the historical and legal grounds for its adoption.

Abstract. The informational reference addresses the issue of clarifying the content of circumstances that exclude criminal unlawfulness of an act committed in connection with the performance of duty to protect the Motherland, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13146 dated 01.04.2025).
The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of lawmaking, and the provisions of current legislation on criminal liability were analyzed.

Abstract. The parliamentary study contains the results of the analysis of the main instruments and processes of the International Monetary Fund lending. Abstract. The analytical note presents an analysis of the experience of the States Parties to the Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the Equipment to be Used for such Carriage, done on 1 September 1970 in Geneva, regarding the legal regulation of the implementation of the Agreement, sources of national legislation in the part of determining the competence of national authorities regarding its fulfilment, in particular in the context of regulatory and legal regulation of issues within their competence, such as: issuance of certificates of conformity of vehicles in accordance with the Agreement; conducting tests/inspections (measurements and control) of the isothermal properties of vehicles; state supervision (control) over compliance with the requirements of the Agreement, etc.

Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of clarifying the jurisdiction of the courts to consider cases of violation of the rules for keeping dogs and cats, which caused harm to human health or property, in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13148 dated 02.04.2025).

Abstract. The information reference highlights the role of the United Nations in supporting Ukraine since 2014. The resolutions adopted by the UN General Assembly concerning the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the human rights situation in the temporarily occupied territories, safety and security of Ukraine's nuclear facilities, including the Zaporizhzhya NPP, etc. are presented. The author identifies the peculiarities of veto in decision-making by the UN Security Council.
