Abstract. The analytical note presents the results of a comparative analysis of the provisions of Directive 2014/60/EU and the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Export, Import and Return of Cultural Property’ of 21.09.1999 No. 1068-XIV in the context of the need to approximate Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis, and provides general proposals for the implementation of the provisions of the said EU acquis into national legislation.

Abstract. The informational reference examines issues related to the implementation of additional procedural guarantees to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of participants in criminal proceedings, in particular, persons carrying out economic activities on the territory of Ukraine under martial law. The research was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the above-mentioned draft law No. 12439, dated 24.01.2025. The draft law is considered to be in compliance with the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the requirements for law-making activities, and the fundamental principles of criminal procedural legislation.
The results of the study revealed risks that may hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities, the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at legislative ensuring of strengthening the protection of the rights and freedoms of persons participating in criminal proceedings, in particular, the elimination of conditions for possible unlawful interference by the pre-trial investigation bodies in the legitimate activities of business entities.

Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of administrative liability for parking, stopping, and standing vehicles in places designated for vehicles driven by drivers with disabilities, drivers transporting persons with disabilities, and drivers transporting children under the age of three, in the context of the draft law No. 12436, dated 22.01.2025. The analysis identified the risks of the draft law.

Abstract. The informational reference considers the grounds for introducing criminal liability for violations of the legislation on defense, mobilization training and mobilization committed by heads of territorial recruitment and social support centers, heads and members of military medical commissions; recognition as subjects of illicit enrichment of persons who are equated with persons authorized to perform state or local government functions in the context of draft law No. 12442, dated 27.01.2025.
The compliance of the draft law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on criminal liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of defense, mobilization training, and mobilization was analyzed.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the grounds and procedure for transferring seized assets during criminal proceedings to the management of the National Agency of Ukraine for the detection, search and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes. These problems are examined in the context of the provisions of the above-mentioned draft law No. 12387, dated 08.01.2025.
The review considers, among other things, the compliance of the draft law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of current criminal procedural legislation, the provisions of program documents and laws of Ukraine that regulate public relations in the field of preventing and combating corruption, and the anti-corruption activities of authorized state bodies.
The results of the research identified risks that will hinder the effective implementation of the bill during law enforcement activities and the achievement of its declared goal of legislatively ensuring effective judicial control over the use of assets seized during criminal proceedings and preserving their economic value.
