Abstract. The experience of the EU member states, the USA, and Japan on production, transportation and distribution of hydrogen, including the implementation of pilot projects for the development of hydrogen energy sector, was studied. EU legal acts and legislation of the EU member states in the field of legal regulation of hydrogen utilization were analized, and the priorities for production "green" hydrogen with the help of renewable energy sources (wind, solar) were defined. The proposals for the development prospects of hydrogen energy in Ukraine based on the analysis were formulated in the note.

Abstract. In the analytical note a comparative analysis and generalisation of the legislation of Ukraine and Japan on the functioning of the institution of parliamentary service was carried out. Abstract. The analytical note examines the legislation on the use of the languages of national minorities in the field of education in such countries as Romania, Poland, Armenia, Slovakia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Attention was focused on the legislative regulation of the use and protection of the languages of national minorities in education (educational process). Certain aspects of the procedure for forming groups and classes with learning all subjects in the national minority language / studying the language of the national minority were emphasized.

Abstract. The results of the analysis of federal and regional legislative acts of Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, as well as regulations of Israel and Latvia regarding the language of education (educational process) in the context of all levels of education are presented. The problems faced by the states in the course of implementation of normative provisions on the language of education have been analyzed, with an emphasis on measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the language of the educational process.
