The Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in collaboration with the Nadiyno project, held a series of educational webinars on digital security for employees of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, members of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and their assistant consultants:

-“Basic digital security: account protection (passwords, two-factor authentication), recognition of  phishing”;

-“Device protection (software, encryption, remote search, etc.)”;

-“Secure communications (Wi-Fi, VPN, secure messengers, email).”

During the training, participants improved their skills in recognizing and countering digital threats, particularly with regard to computer settings and software, basic password requirements, two-factor authentication, phishing emails, communications (VPN, https, messengers), remote device control, smartphone and computer content encryption, backup creation (documents, files, archives), etc. The training was conducted by Pavlo Bielousov, technical leader and digital security expert for the Nadiyno project.
