Abstract. Norms providing for measures to ensure the health of food (dietary) supplement consumers constitute an important element of the legislative regulation of the procedure for admission of such products to the market and control of their circulation. The analytical note focuses on the foreign experience of regulating measures to control compliance with the requirements of the legislation on food (dietary) supplements safety.

Abstract. The experience of the EU member states, the USA, and Japan on production, transportation and distribution of hydrogen, including the implementation of pilot projects for the development of hydrogen energy sector, was studied. EU legal acts and legislation of the EU member states in the field of legal regulation of hydrogen utilization were analized, and the priorities for production "green" hydrogen with the help of renewable energy sources (wind, solar) were defined. The proposals for the development prospects of hydrogen energy in Ukraine based on the analysis were formulated in the note.

Abstract. A comparative analysis and generalization of the legislation of foreign countries on combating bullying and mobbing was carried out in the following areas:
- the model of legal regulation of bullying and mobbing;
- types of legal liability and sanctions (measures of influence) applied for acts related to bullying and mobbing;
- measures to prevent, respond to and counteract bullying and mobbing.
Legislation of the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Estonia, Great Britain, the Netherlands, and Spain was analyzed. It was established that the model of legal regulation of bullying and mobbing provides for the determination of preventive and sanctioning provisions in legislation for actions related to persecution the victims in legal relations in the fields of education and labor. It was noted that there are no unified approaches to the definition of the terms "bullying" and "mobbing" in the legislation of foreign states, and legal liability for such actions, as a rule, is disciplinary, material, civil and criminal.

Abstract. Legal regulation and operating of the nuclear regulators in the EU member-states (France, Poland), Great Britain, and the USA were studied, in particular, the nuclear regulators’ legal status, powers, guarantess of independence, appointment of management staff (commissioners), decision-making process, functions of the mashinery of state regulation of nuclear safety. Foreign legislation on nuclear safety, and requirements for the nuclear regulators were analyzed.

Abstract. Implementation of systems and guarantees of origin of energy resources in the EU member states and the experience of their functioning was studied in the analytical note. The practice of providing guarantees of origin in several leading EU countries was analized.
The results of the analysis are presented in the table below for the purposes of comparison.

Abstract. Legal regulation of the national regulators of energy markets activities regarding the implementation of energy supervision and technical monitoring of energy installations, networks and other energy infrastructure, the principles and features of the system of monitoring the safe operation of energy systems by independent state regulators and the functioning of such systems at the national level were examined in the analytical note. The experience of energy supervision in France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Denmark and Finland was analyzed.

Abstract. The provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On amendments to certain laws of Ukraine on creating conditions for the implementation of comprehensive thermal modernization of buildings» of 09.07.2022 No. 2392-IX and the content of Directives 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19.05.2010 on the energy performance of buildings (new edition), 2012/27/EU of 25.10.2012 on energy efficiency, amending Directives 2009/125/EC and 2010/3-/EU and repealing Directives 2004/8/EC and 2006/32/EC were compared to determine the need for further improvement of Ukrainian legislation in the relevant field. The anallytical note concluded that the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On amendments to certain laws of Ukraine on creating conditions for the implementation of comprehensive thermal modernization of buildings» No. 2392-IX dated July 9, 2022, and Directives 2010/31/EU and 2012/27/EU are conceptually unified (consistent), institutional and functional. Some of the differences identified cannot be interpreted as contradictions between the provisions of the Law and the requirements of the relevant directives.

Abstract. The provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Energy Efficiency of Buildings" of June 22, 2017 № 2118-VIII (as amended in accordance with Laws № 199-IX of October 17, 2019, № 2392-IX of July 9, 2022) were compared with Directives of the European Parliament and Council 2010/31/EU of May 19, 2010 on the energy performance of buildings (recast), Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on energy efficiency, amending Directives 2009/125/EC and 2010/30/EU and repealing Directives 2004/8/EC and 2006/32/EC Text with EEA relevance and the subject of determining the need for further improvement of the legislation of Ukraine in the relevant field.
Conceptual unity (correspondence), institutional and functional correspondence of the provisions of the analyzed Law and EU directives were concluded. Some differences between the provisions of the analyzed Law and EU directives are noted.
