Abstract. In this analytical note legal analysis of the regulatory framework and functioning of the animal identification and registration procedure in the EU Member States and Ukraine is carried out. In particular, the experience of such EU Member States as Poland, Italy, Bulgaria, Latvia, Spain and France is considered.

Abstract. This Position Paper presents the results of the analysis of the peculiarities of legislative regulation of animal-assisted therapy in Ukraine and in the EU Member States (France, Poland, Italy, Czech Republic, Sweden).
Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the legislation on the proper treatment of animals and protection of public health, which are also used in the course of animal-assisted therapeutic activities.

In particular, it examines the organizational and legal forms of providing catering services to MPs and parliamentary secretariat staff in European countries, types of catering establishments in the parliaments of European countries, and conditions for providing catering services in the parliaments of European countries.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the legal regulation of motor transport services for parliaments in European countries. The following issues are studied: models of motor transport services for parliaments of European countries; organizational and legal form of such activities and legal regime of their material support; procedure for providing motor transport services for parliaments; who can apply for motor transport services; restrictions on the use of motor transport; number of cars in the fleets of European parliaments; maintenance of such cars; possibility of providing motor transport services to parliaments of European countries; and the possibility of providing motor transport services to parliaments of European countries.

Abstract. The Analytical note presents the results of a study of the legal provisions regulating the therapeutic use of ketamine for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorders. Attention is focused on the ongoing debate about the risks of ketamine use in psychotherapy. The results of scientific research are presented, in particular, on the bioavailability of ketamine in the treatment of mental illness.

Abstract. The analytical note examines foreign experience of implementing EU acquis acts in connection with the extension of indicative maps of the Trans-European Transport Network to third countries is studied in a comparative aspect, on the following issues: EU acquis acts, which, in accordance with the requirements for EU membership, should be implemented into the system of Ukrainian legislation in connection with the extension of indicative maps of the Trans-European Transport Network in Ukraine; sustainability of the Trans-European Transport Network to climate change. Abstract. The analysis results of the legislative regulation of the implementation of the Smart City concept at the level of the European Union, as well as in individual countries: USA, Canada, South Korea, are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the concept are highlighted, the essence of the legal nature of its main components is characterized, which require the application of complex (interdisciplinary) legislative regulation and cover the issues of digital transformation, personal data protection, cyber security, open data management, environmental protection pasture and climate neutrality, planning and development of territories, safe and reliable use of artificial intelligence technologies, etc. In addition, the legal significance of certain tools of public administration of smart cities is substantiated, in particular standardization, certification of the components of the smart infrastructure of settlements, stimulation of projects in this area under the "Digital Europe 2030" program, etc.
