The information reference presents the results of an analysis of the proposals set out in the draft law “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Pension Provision for Persons Discharged from Military Service and Certain Other Persons’ Regarding the Prohibition of the Application of Reducing Coefficients to the Amount of Pension Assigned to Persons Discharged from Military Service” (No. 15090 dated 19 March 2026). It also provides statistical data on the level of pension provision for military personnel as of 1 April 2026.

Abstract. This analytical note examines state policy in the field of fostering national and civic identity in selected European Union member states (Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, and Italy). It focuses on the components of such policy and explores the essence of national and civic identity as interrelated phenomena that underpin social cohesion, democratic development and state stability. The study analyses constitutional foundations, language policy, legislative safeguards for the rights of national minorities, as well as the institutions of citizenship and naturalisation. It also considers diaspora policy as a key instrument in shaping national and civic identity.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for introducing administrative liability for violating the procedure for considering reports of military personnel in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15120 dated 31 March 2026).

Abstract. The analytical note examinesthe legislative regulation of the activities of the Harbour Master’s Office in the context of implementing the provisions of Directive 2009/16/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on port State control. Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for improving administrative liability for violation of the requirements of the legislation on the protection of water resources and water use in the context of the proposals set out in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15096-1 dated 07 April 2026).

The draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of current legislation on administrative liability, and the laws of Ukraine in the field of environmental safety and nature protection.

The results of the research revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the draft law in law enforcement practice and the achievement of its stated objective, namely ensuring the rational use and conservation of water resources and preventing violations of environmental legislation by citizens and officials of business entities.
