Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of improving the mechanism for applying administrative penalties and criminal penalties to servicemen for certain types of offenses, eliminating the ambiguous interpretation of the content of the powers of officials of the Military Law Enforcement Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine when carrying out procedural actions in cases of administrative offenses in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13452, dated 04.07.2025). Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the Draft Law were identified.

Abstract. The informational reference considers the grounds for introducing criminal liability for threats or violence against a serviceman and insults to their honor and dignity, in the context of the Draft Law No. 13384-1 dated 08.07.2025.

Abstract. The parliamentary study explores the conceptual legal foundations for improving prosecutorial oversight of compliance with the law during counterintelligence and operational-search activities, as well as the possibility of inclusion of prosecutorial bodies exercising such oversight within the framework of democratic civilian control of Ukraine’s security and defense sector. These issues are analyzed in the context of the provisions of the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13344, dated 03.06.2025).

Based on the results of the study, risks have been identified that may further impede the proper implementation of the Draft Law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, and proposals, in particular of a legislative nature, were formulated to eliminate them.

Abstract. The informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of the proposals provided for by the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Compulsory State Social Insurance” regarding ensuring the right to compulsory state social insurance in connection with the temporary loss of working capacity of members of farms, independent on the agreement on voluntary participation in the system of compulsory state social insurance” (Registration No. 13383 dated 06/18/2025). Special attention is paid to the status of members of farms, which affects their mandatory or voluntary participation in the compulsory state social insurance system.

Abstract. The Analytical Note presents the results of an analysis of national legislation on employment guarantees for war veterans, as well as veteran policy measures aimed at their implementation. Attention is paid to special measures to support employment that are widespread in global practice, such as quotas, workplace adaptation and specialised programmes aimed at increasing the participation of vulnerable groups in the workforce in the state economy. The conceptual aspects of state policies to promote the employment of demobilised military personnel/war veterans in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom are highlighted.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the legal grounds for improving administrative liability for violations encroaching on property and in the field of nature protection and the use of natural resources. The corresponding analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13364-1, dated 27.06.2025).

The Draft Law is considered for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activities, the norms of current legislation on administrative liability, the laws of Ukraine in the field of environmental safety and nature protection.

The analysis revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the provisions of the Draft Law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein.
