On July 23–27, 2024 at the invitation of the USAID Rada: Next
Generation Program the team of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of
Ukraine (Ivan Myshchak, Tetiana Tielkinena, Tetiana Fedorenko, Natalia Bartosh)
joined the training for trainers to strengthen the coaching potential and
improve teaching methods.

The participants practiced conducting the training "Activities of the newly elected deputy of Ukraine", learned new tools for the preparation and conduct of training sessions, analyzed the effectiveness of various interactive training methods for conducting trainings, master classes, special courses, and seminars, taking into account the practical needs identified by the People's Deputies of Ukraine and the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
