Within the signed Cooperation Agreement between the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the National School of Public Administration named after President of Poland Lech Kaczynski (Krajowa Szkoła Administracji Publicznej), Chief Consultant of the Organizational Department of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Yaroslava Bazhenova took part in an internship in public administration bodies of the Republic of Poland within the framework of the project "Training Visits of Civil Servants "Strengthening the Human Resources Management System in the Civil Service of the Eastern Partnership Countries ".

The study visit was organized by the Lech Kaczynski National School of Public Administration for representatives of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova.

The participants of the two-week internship got acquainted with the civil service system of the Republic of Poland and personnel policy, in particular with the procedure for staff selection, training and professional development, motivation system, types of remuneration and social benefits for employees, inclusion policy, as well as remuneration system.
