From June 03 to 05, 2025, the Research Service held a special short-term training program “Business Ukrainian in the Professional Activity of the Staff of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” for employees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and assistants to MPs of Ukraine.
The educational event was aimed at raising the level of communication culture of the professional training participants in oral and written business relations, literacy, improving knowledge and practical skills in the use of language norms in oral and written speech in the professional activities of civil servants of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The program was conducted by:
Nataliia Zykun, Doctor of Sciences in Social Communications, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Technologies, Sports and Rehabilitation of the State Tax University;
Nataliia Bartosh, Chief Scientific Consultant of the Training Center of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
