Abstract. The practice of academies of agricultural sciences and other scientific institutions, that carry out tasks on scientific support of the agriculture industry in some European countries, and the conditions for use of agricultural land by them for research purposes were analyzed and summarized.

Abstract. In the analytical note on comparative legislation the practice of regulating by European Union law and acts of international law usage of plastic products was summarized, and the prospects for legislative consolidation of the use of PET polymer bottles for bottling certain alcoholic beverages in compliance with Ukraine's European integration obligations were outlined.
