Abstract. This informational note examines the legal grounds for the expediency of specialization among judges authorized to conduct criminal proceedings regarding criminal offenses against the established order of military service (military criminal offenses), criminal offenses against peace, the security of humanity, and the international legal order. These issues are analysed in the context of the proposals set forth in the draft Law of Ukraine (reg. No. 15084 dated March 17, 2026). The draft law’s compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of lawmaking, the requirements of criminal and criminal procedure legislation, and legislative norms regarding the procedure for performing or undergoing military service is examined. The study identified risks that will hinder the proper implementation of the law during law application activities and the achievement of its stated goal, aimed at legislative improvement and enhancing the effectiveness of justice regarding criminal offenses of the specified category.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the procedure for summoning a person and serving procedural documents in criminal proceedings in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15095 dated 20 March 2026). In particular, this concerns the publication of a summons on the official website of the Prosecutor General’s Office and on the official website of the relevant court, as well as the abandonment of the outdated requirement to publish such procedural documents in “mass media of nationwide distribution” (media).

The draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, and the norms of current criminal procedural and judicial legislation.

Abstract. Analytical note provides a comprehensive study of approaches to resolving conflicts of interest in the activities of Members pf Parliament – members of parliamentary committees, and the possibility of their participation in discussions and decision-making in the event of a conflict of interest in the European Parliament, as well as in the parliaments of Ireland, Germany, France, and Lithuania. Abstract. This informational reference presents the results of the analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of the Pension Provision System for Persons Discharged from Military Service and Certain Other Persons” (No. 15078 dated 13 March 2026). Abstract. The analytical note examines comparative law regarding the conduct of public consultations by Members of European parliaments. The practices of conducting such consultations in Scotland, France and Poland are examined in detail, as well as the recommendations of the Inter-Parliamentary Union on the use of digital tools, ensuring representativeness, equal access and assessing the impact of consultations. The technical and procedural requirements for organising public consultations are outlined.
