Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the feasibility of amending Article 38 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses to increase the terms of imposing administrative penalties for offenses related to bullying (harassment) of a participant in the educational process in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 14127, dated 17.10.2025). The compliance of the proposed changes with the current administrative tort law and legislation in the field of education, the rules of normative drafting techniques, as well as the risks of the draft law are considered.

Abstract. The information note presents the results of the analysis of proposals for amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the inclusion in the amounts of wages, pensions, scholarships, alimony, and other social payments that belonged to the testator of the amounts of such payments that were not received during his lifetime, based on a court decision that has entered into legal force, in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (Registration No. 14172 of 10/30/2025).

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the issues of recognizing evidence as inadmissible in criminal proceedings. In the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 14159, dated 27.10.2025), a proposal is being considered to supplement part three of Article 87 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine with paragraph 5 regarding recognizing evidence as inadmissible that was obtained during the execution of a resolution on permission to search a person's home or other possessions, if the search report does not contain identification signs of the discovered and seized items. Some risks are indicated that may hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities.

The information note presents the results of the analysis of the proposals provided for by the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine «On Mandatory State Pension Insurance» regarding the establishment of the continuity of the insurance experience of a person reinstated at work after illegal dismissal» (reg. № 14171 dated 10/30/2025).

Abstract. The informational reference examines the EU core acquis in the field of national security and law and order, as well as mandatory regulations and directives in areas such as: counter-terrorism, organized crime, cybersecurity, data protection, anti-corruption policy, and law enforcement cooperation. It summarizes the vectors for improving legislation provided for by the Rule of Law Roadmap, outlines areas for synchronizing parliamentary work with government initiatives, and identifies implementation risks.

Abstract. The information reference provides an overview of the measures of the Rule of Law Roadmap aimed at the institutional separation of legal education and law enforcement training in accordance with the recommendations of the European Commission. The status of implementation of these measures is analyzed, and problematic issues are outlined in the context of improving the legislation of Ukraine.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for improving the procedure for applying community service as a type of administrative penalty and punishment in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 14154-1, dated 10.11.2025)

Abstract. The guide is devoted to the study of the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine regarding volunteers, in particular innovations in the legal regulation of volunteer activities. The peculiarities of the directions of implementation of volunteer activities are indicated. The main trends in the development of the legislation of Ukraine on volunteer activities are highlighted based on the analysis of the provisions of draft laws that are under consideration in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The emphasis is on the problematic aspects of volunteer activities that require legal mediation.
