Abstract. This information note presents the results of an analysis of draft laws of Ukraine proposing amendments to part two of Article 233 of the Labour Code of Ukraine regarding the right of employees to file a lawsuit with no time limit to recover wages and other payments owed to them. It briefly describes the experience of regulating this issue in certain Member States of the European Union.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal justification for improving administrative-delict, criminal and criminal procedural legislation regarding the grounds and procedure for liability for offenses related to illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine, violation by conscripts, military conscripts and reservists of the period of stay established by law outside Ukraine in conditions of martial law or a state of emergency. These issues are examined in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13673, dated 21.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to be in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine, and law-making activities, the fundamental principles of administrative, criminal and criminal procedural legislation, the provisions of the laws of Ukraine that regulate public relations in the field of state border protection and the performance of military duty by citizens of Ukraine.
The results of the research revealed risks that will hinder the implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein regarding the legislative provision of proper law and order in the border zone, the inevitability of prosecution for illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine in conditions of martial law or a state of emergency.

Abstract. The informational reference considers the grounds for introducing criminal liability for violation of the right to obtain the status of a combatant in the context of the draft law (No. 13700, dated 26.08.2025).
The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on criminal liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of social protection of military personnel was analysed.

Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of improving the mechanism for the creation, registration, activity and termination of public formations for the protection of public order and the state border, in the context of the draft law (No. 13714, dated 29.08.2025). Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the draft law were identified.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the organizational and legal principles of involving and participating in joint efforts with state bodies to counter destructive activities in cyberspace. These issues are examined in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13592, dated 01.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to be in compliance with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making and the technique of normative drafting, acts of the European Union, the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of ensuring national security, in particular the implementation of public-private partnerships on cybersecurity issues.
The results of the study revealed risks that will impede the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at legislatively ensuring interaction between state bodies and the public in responding to threats in cyberspace, and the introduction of an effective cyber resilience system at the national level.
