Abstract. The parliamentary research examines the issue of constitutional amendments related to the accession of the state to the European Union. The peculiarities of amendments to the constitutions (fundamental law, constitutional law, constitutional act) of the states that were founders of EU and the states that became EU members through the accession procedure are considered. The parliamentary research examined foreign experience and identified a range of issues, including what needs to be regulated at the constitutional level in the process of Ukraine's membership in the EU.
The research also analysed the positions of scholars on the issue of constitutional amendments related to the country's accession to the EU.

Abstract. The guide provides a detailed overview of the documentary support for the legislative activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The documents supporting the legislative activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are categorized by type (public policy program documents, public policy analytical documents, public policy forecast documents, draft laws, accompanying documents to draft laws, mandatory and other expert evaluations of draft laws, conclusions and materials) and by stages of the legislative process (legal monitoring, planning of legislative activities, preliminary consideration of draft laws, inclusion of a draft law in the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada session, first, second, and third readings of the draft law, its signing, reconsideration, and dissemination to the public). An interactive scheme allows for quick access to the necessary information in a structured table.

Abstract. The results of the analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ’On Physical Culture and Sport‘ regarding the improvement of the activities of sports clubs’ (reg. No. 11199 of 24 April 2024). It briefly covers certain aspects of the definition, tasks and organisation of financing of sports clubs in such EU member states as Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland and Sweden.

Abstract. The analytical note presents the results of a study of legal regulation of the requirements for compatibility of a parliamentarian's mandate with other activities in the EU Member States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Also, the provisions of EU acts on the incompatibility of the mandate of a MEP are analysed. Both common and different approaches to the settlement of the issue of incompatibility of the parliamentary mandate with other activities were identified.

Abstract. The informational reference presents an analysis of the Draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine and Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Introduction of the Institute of Priority Right to Guardianship and Trusteeship’ (No. 13215 dated 25.04.2025), which proposes a new mechanism for Ukrainian legislation for the appointment of guardians and trustees to persons in need of guardianship and trusteeship on the basis of taking into account the will of the person or legal representatives, in particular in the event of their death, recognition as incapacitated, missing or in other cases of inability to fulfil their duties towards their wards. In the informational reference was analysed the content and form of the order for guardianship and custody proposed by this draft law, its role in the mechanism of guardianship and custody establishment, appointment of a guardian, trustee, and peculiarities of the procedure for issuing, certifying and registering such an order.

The information note presents the results of an analysis of the proposals contained in the draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to Article 42 of the Labour Code of Ukraine regarding the preferential right to remain in employment in the event of redundancies due to changes in the organisation of production and labour, in cases where the other spouse has been mobilised’ (register No. 13208 of 22.04.2025).
