Abstract. The information note addresses the issue of clarifying the grounds for administrative liability for violation of lobbying legislation in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13340 of 03.06.2025).
The draft law was analyzed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of lawmaking, and the provisions of current legislation on administrative liability.

Abstract. The information note analyses the legal grounds for improving the time limits for imposing administrative penalties for failure to comply with the legal requirements of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and violation of the right to information and the right to appeal under Articles 188-40 and 212-3 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences. This analysis is carried out in the context of the proposals set out in the Draft Law of Ukraine (Reg. No. 13332 of 30.05.2025).

Abstract. The information note examines the issue of strengthening the protection of the rights of Ukrainian citizens who are entitled to free travel on public transport by adding qualifying criteria to the administrative offense of «violation of the rules for the provision of services and safety requirements for the provision of passenger or freight transport services by road» in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (reg. No. 13331 of 30.05.2025). The analysis identified the risks of the draft law.

Abstract. The parliamentary study analyzes the issue of improving the legal regulation of international activities of legal entities of private law in the military and security spheres in the field of defense-industrial production and supply (export). The study outlines and analyzes the regulatory framework and best international practices of the international activities of private defense companies at the level of the European Union and in selected Member States — the Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden. It also identifies promising directions of national defense-industrial policy aimed at strengthening the capacity and enhancing the competitiveness of domestic private companies specializing in the production and export of defense products, military and dual-use goods, including within the context of the Draft Law (No. 13257, dated 05.05.2025).

Abstract. The information note analyzes the legal grounds for abolishing administrative liability for violations of the requirements established by law regarding the practice of traditional medicine (healing), the procedure for carrying out activities aimed at artificially changing the state of the atmosphere and atmospheric phenomena for economic purposes, as well as changes in the conditions for bringing to justice for certain violations of the requirements of the legislation on the protection of cultural heritage. The relevant analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (reg. No. 13326 of 30.05.2025).

Abstract. The informational reference presents an overview of the category of «integrity» in Ukrainian legislation in the context of the activities of judges and prosecutors, and also reveals its content in accordance with international standards. The legislative requirements for integrity for judges and prosecutors are analyzed, including verification mechanisms – submission of declarations and special inspections. The informational reference also contains information on Ukraine’s implementation of GRECO recommendations on improving legislation in terms of defining disciplinary offenses related to the behavior of judges and prosecutors, as well as their compliance with ethical norms.
