Abstract. The overview dossier is devoted to the analysis of the legislative regulation of the policy of perpetuating the memory of those who died in the Russian-Ukrainian war. Attention is focused on the current state of commemoration of the fallen in the Russian-Ukrainian war, in particular the implementation of the state policy of national memory, which is ensured by various measures: the installation of memorials, organization of exhibitions, publication of documents and memoirs of witnesses, inclusion of relevant topics in educational programs, etc.

Abstract. The information note indicates that the legal regime of martial law has led to the transformation of the political system of Ukraine, associated with the functioning of new governing bodies, the provision of additional tasks and functions to state and local governments, the objective limitation of a number of citizens' rights, changes in information policy and information space. In this regard, the state of execution of parliamentary instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine contained in legislative acts, as well as the legitimacy of the formation of authorities through elections, is analyzed.

Abstract. In this informational reference, the state of implementation of the Recommendations of the European Parliament Needs Assessment Mission, which developed with the aim of improving the quality of Ukrainian parliamentarism, are analysed and set out in the «Report and Roadmap on Internal Reform and Institutional Capacity Building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine», which is recognised as the basis for internal reform and institutional capacity building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in accordance with the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine No. 1035-VIII of 17 March 2016.

Abstract. The analytical note considers the grounds for holding drivers accountable for driving while intoxicated in certain European countries.
Forms of legislative consolidation of legal responsibility are analyzed; types of measures to influence offenders and certain procedural aspects of considering cases of liability for driving while intoxicated.
The experience of legal regulation of liability of drivers for driving while intoxicated is summarized in the legislation of Great Britain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, France.
