Abstract. The parliamentary study presents the results of an analysis of academic researches, international standards, and Ukraine’s international obligations regarding state and private financing of the statutory activities of political parties and election campaigns, control of political party financing, and accountability for legislative violations, as well as the main models of legal regulation of political party financing. The study examines foreign experience in the legal regulation of political party financing and identifies corresponding regulatory models.

Abstract. The parliamentary research analyses and systematises international legal acts (documents), including the EU acquis, in the judicial, law enforcement and anti-corruption spheres, as set out in the Rule of Law Roadmap. This generalisation is aimed at providing informative assistance in planning the legislative work of the Parliament, determining legislative priorities with due regard to the requirements and recommendations of the European partners.

Abstract. The informational reference addresses the issue of strengthening the institutional capacity of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and ensuring the effective implementation of his powers in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13250, dated 01.05.2025). The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current criminal procedural legislation, and the legislation on administrative and criminal liability was analysed.

Abstract. The Informational Reference provides a general description of the EU acquis on non-discrimination. The list of EU legal acts that are basic on non-discrimination is provided. Attention is focused on the signs (grounds) of discrimination, forms of discrimination, as well as the application areas of EU anti-discrimination legislation. The mechanisms for protecting the right to non-discrimination (equal treatment) are identified. The author analyzes the state of implementation of EU law on non-discrimination in national legislation.
