Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of strengthening responsibility for the demonstration or distribution of films without entering into the State register of films, violation of the conditions for the distribution and demonstration of films established by the legislation on cinematography, non-compliance by officials, citizens - subjects of cinematography with the quota of demonstration of national films during the use of national screen time in the context of the draft law (No. 12383, dated 07.01.2025).

Abstract. The briefing paper summarises the results of the analysis of the regulation of relations in the field of adaptive sport in France, Spain, Canada and the USA. Attention is focused on the definition of the concepts of ‘adaptive sport’ and ‘sport for people with disabilities’.

Abstract. The briefing paper presents the results of the analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ’On Basic Principles of Youth Policy‘ and some other laws on promoting the development of youth policy’ (reg. No. 12298 of 09.12.2024). The process of forming and developing the directions of the state youth policy in Latvia and Estonia is briefly outlined.

Abstract. The parliamentary research examines the problems of regulating the use of information technologies, in particular artificial intelligence, in judicial systems and justice in European law, as well as the legal possibilities of implementing such experience. The focus is on the scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scientists in this area.
Given the need to integrate advanced European achievements into the Ukrainian justice system, which will contribute to the modernization of the national legal system and ensure its effectiveness in the context of global digital transformation, the analytical intelligence conducted is relevant for lawmaking activities.
