Abstract. The analytical note examines the legal regulation and features of the functioning of the institution of chaplaincy in some countries: the USA, Great Britain, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Poland, and France.
Legislative and subordinate regulatory legal acts of national legislation dedicated to this topic were analyzed.
The features of the legislative support for the provision of pastoral care in the armed forces of foreign states are identified and the prospects for improving the institution of chaplaincy in Ukraine are outlined.

Abstract. The informational Reference analyses the organisational and legal framework for social protection of war veterans. The forms and types of social protection of war veterans, as well as measures of public support and their correlation with the state social protection system are described. Attention is paid to the areas of improvement of the legislation on social protection of war veterans and legal regulation of the forms of civil society institution participation in the provision of non-state social protection.

Abstract. In Ukraine, the issue of political party funding has undergone significant changes since independence, reflecting the evolution of legislation in the context of ensuring transparency of state institutions and democratic standards. With the adoption of a number of laws and legislative amendments, including the Law of Ukraine ‘On Political Parties in Ukraine’, a system of public and private funding was created, including both self-financing of parties and direct state subsidies.
